In the event of cancellation, please note that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
However, if the event is cancelled at least 45 days prior to the scheduled date, the amount paid may be adjusted against a future booking within a period of 1 year from the original event date, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Cancellations made within 45 days of the event will result in no refund or adjustment.
